Senior Architect-Developer
This is a lead position that requires skills to architect and develop complex enterprise-level solutions. We are looking for a high energy individual who is creative and can:

• Strong current software development experience – at least 5 or more years of current Java hands on development experience
• Must have current software development experience in a service oriented architecture (SOA) environment.
• Function as senior SOA architect with exceptional expertise in SOA security, SOA core services, business process management, and Workflow
• Design and implement enterprise SOA applications using open source and COTS frameworks and products. Must have hands-on practical experience using leading frameworks
• Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept, user standards, and progress relative to schedules.
• Work closely with operational user and systems developers to design and integrate new capabilities.
• Develop, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions and perform the trade studies necessary to determine the optimal solution.

Required Skills

• Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years hands-on experience as a Developer-Programmer and at least three year experience in architecting solutions.
• We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in modern web development using Java technologies, web services and Service Oriented Architecture.
• This is a lead position and our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and tremendous initiative.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
• Experience with designing and developing Cyber Security applications.
