Primary Role

Leading the IA component of secure systems
implementation efforts.

Key Competencies

The ability to successfully lead the IA component of complex large-scale secure system implementation projects. Candidate should have proven experience leading multi vendor teams in the design, implementation and cutover of secure communications, mission, or back office systems. Strong client handling and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of program management techniques, vendor relations, value engineering, quality assurance and performance based contracts. Must have technical proficiency in communications, mission, back office systems, infrastructure assurance and secure environments.

Education/Certifications

• BS in Engineering, computer science or computer security
• PMI, CISSP, ISE
• 15 years years of relevant experience

Additional competencies:

• Experience in a CMM/CMMi environment
• Experience with SOA/NCES
