Engagement Manager

We are seeking distinctive candidates for Engagement Manager level consulting positions based in the USA to support our US/Canada (NAM) business.

As our client’s leadership group continues to build a robust pipeline for 2018, we are now recruiting for an Engagement Manager to manage the upcoming work. You will:

  • Provide overall, on-site, team leadership; usually across multiple teams on a single site
  • Provide support and coaching to client Business Improvement Managers
  • Ensure consistency, improvements are embedded and that skills are transferred


  • 7 years+ of experience leading improvement initiatives with a well-established consulting firm or working in the Operations team in different industries
  • Have outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems.
  • Deep technical expertise and broad experiential knowledge in the area of implementation
  • Strong  interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is preferred
  • 3 years+ within a tier one strategy consulting firm preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving/quantification skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
  • Language skills such as Spanish or French a plus
