Sr. Consultant – Manager Position – Fraud Risk & Analytics

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years relevant analytical consulting experience and/or extensive industry experience
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in the application of fraud analytics to solve complex, esoteric, and challenging business problems
  • Minimum of 7 years creating, architecting and deploying predictive sciences to detect, monitor and proactively prevent fraud, waste and abuse
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
  • Team-oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (MA/MS preferred) in quantitative discipline, (Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering).

Preferred Skills

  • Manages day-to-day operations of multiple or large-scale fraud analytics projects
  • Responsible for quality of analytic engagement deliverables and meeting client expectations
  • Responsible for proposal and value development as related to the integration of analytics into a business environment
  • Responsible for deal, engagement and solution shaping
  • Capable of supporting fraud and risk analytics offering; consulting asset and thought-capital development
  • Capable of developing industry networks and relationships
  • Exceptional business and fraud analytics acumen
  • Proven issue analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills – dynamic presenter with ability to articulate complex technology, value drivers and concepts in non-technical language
  • Ability to work around a dynamic business and travel schedule (up to 80% as necessary)
