Client Manager

We currently have an opportunity available for a Client Manager in the IT Consulting Services arena. The Client Manager is accountable for the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of one or more accounts (or fields of play within a single account). As the chief steward of the account, the Client Manager is responsible for defining and executing the account strategy, defining and executing pursuit strategies, revenue forecasting, achieving all financial targets, service excellence, and overall client satisfaction. The Client Manager oversees the delivery, management and growth of complex, multi-disciplinary solutions.

Skills Profile

This position will have day-to-day management responsibilities for the client facing operations in the Federal Civilian Justice and International Affairs unit.

  • Recent experience managing contracts for DOJ/DHS (0003-01) communities
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor team
  • Proven experience directing and governing service delivery projects
  • Supervision of multiple contract engagements
  • P&L management of at least a $10M book of business
  • Successful practice of Earned Value Management on projects and programs
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship building and management
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and winning new business
  • Capture and proposal lead experience. (highly desirable if not mandatory)
  • Must be able to generate or contribute to account plan formulation
  • Demonstrated successful experience working with interdisciplinary account teams (BD, Finance, Recruiting)
  • Recent experience supporting the Operational Divisions within 0022-001 (highly desirable if not mandatory)
