Primary Role
Responsible for leading business development efforts for engineering and management consulting services in the Federal Law Enforcement market. You will have primary responsibility for developing account plans, developing white papers, executing call plans, and leading proposal activities.
Position Description
Monitor the performance of company programs and projects. Direct all phases of the programs and projects from inception through completion. Manage the proposal process, negotiation of contracts, operating budgets, financial terms and conditions of contracts, and program review sessions with clients. Direct the establishment of design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for research, development, integration, and testing. Develop new business or expand service offerings with clients. Monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions. Direct the work of employees assigned to each program or project.
Functional/Industry Knowledge
Must have experience working with a large Federal Law Enforcement organization, knowledge of the investigative and intelligence collection/analysis process, and familiarity with applying technology to meet investigative needs. Experienced in marketing government clients for professional services, developing bid strategies, and developing responses to major procurements.
