Position Description

This position requires a Program Manager with a broad range of experience managing and delivering business and technical solutions to a customer in the Intelligence Community.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance related to all activities under this contract. He/she coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of the contract.

The core responsibilities will include ensuring that appropriate resources are available as necessary to successfully perform the work; oversight for technical performance of staff and delivery of services; and task order financial management including cost estimating, tracking costs, and invoice reconciliation. He/she will demonstrate an understanding of employee support including team building, ensuring high morale, and recognition of employee accomplishments. The Candidate will manage complex situations and interact with a broad customer base including mid- to senior-level managers and government personnel.

He/She will also facilitate and partner with customers in providing solutions to complex technological, procedural, organizational and personnel issues and problems associated with an intelligence organization.

The candidate will be leading a group of mangers and software engineers for the contract. The candidate will be creating formal developments of large, complex software programs.

Required

  • MS Project, must have experience working with large complex software implementations/programs
  • 15+ Years with BS or 13+ Years with MS or 10+ Years with PhD
